Acacia Children Trust

MANAGEMENT OF TRUST:

 

ACT shall be administered and managed by a Board of 7 (seven) Trustees.

The Trustees shall have the mandate to form a management committee amongst their number of not less than 3 (three) members to supervise and oversee the daily functions of the trust and may establish sectional committees to deal with specific technical matters from time to time.

 

The Founders hereby appoint the following Trustees as the First Trustees of the Trust.
