Our Aim:


Look after Orphans and vulnerable and abandoned children (OVC’s) in their distress and to keep one from being polluted by the world.

Overall Objectives;


Protect, promote and utilize our Natural resources and strengthen the future generation OVC's.

 

Objectives;

 

1        Always see the best interest of the child.

 

2        To create a framework for protecting and promoting the well being of all orphans, abandoned and vulnerable children.

 

3        To advocate for orphans and vulnerable children in order to alleviate poverty.

 

4      To impart knowledge to the youth with respect to management of natural resources; for food, shelter, medicines, fuel and as a means of income generating.

 

5        To improve access by rural and marginalized communities to services for orphans, vulnerable children and their caregivers.

 

6        To create awareness for orphans and vulnerable children on how to take care of the environment through protecting, promoting and utilizing indigenous medical plants.

 

7        Promotion of ethnobotanical surveys for indigenous non-cultivated fruits, vegetables and medicinal plants in order to design and maintain a database, documenting the available bio-resources and their technological exploitation.

 

8        Collection of seeds of the under-utilized indigenous fruits and vegetables to form a gene bank which could be used to broaden the food base.
